Jason Cejka

Jason Cejka is one of mctlaw’s Government Contracts lawyers and also represents clients in the firm’s Business Law practice.

Mr. Cejka was a junior in high school when the economy crashed in 2008. He says he watched his family struggle, and many people were taken advantage of during that time. That’s when he decided he wanted to help people by becoming an attorney focusing on business law. 

Mr. Cejka spent most of his career navigating the complexities of government contracts as in-house counsel and business advisor for several multi-national government and military contractors. At Lockheed Martin, Cejka worked as Contracts Manager for Missiles and Fire Control. His responsibilities included forming, negotiating, administering, and terminating contracts supporting MQ9 Reaper programs (unmanned aircraft). As a proposal manager for Raytheon Technologies, Cejka independently drafted, reviewed, and negotiated contracts, including supply agreements, licensing agreements, purchase orders, services agreements, and NDA’s. 

Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. As an intern at United Technologies during law school, Cejka negotiated various contracts through relining and drafting agreements.

Mr. Cejka was born in Hanover, PA but grew up in Sarasota, FL. His favorite pastime is watching football, specifically his alma mater, Florida State University. When Jason was ten years old, he met football coach Bobby Bowden, and since then, he has been to or watched every FSU football game. He also has a 16-year-old dachshund named Jimmy.
