Jason cejka

Jason Cejka represents clients in mctlaw’s Government Contracts and Business Law practice.

Mr. Cejka spent most of his career navigating the complexities of government contracts as in-house counsel and business advisor for a number of multi-national government and military contractors. At Lockheed Martin, Cejka worked as Contracts Manager for Missiles and Fire Control. His responsibilities included the formation, negotiation, administration, and termination of contracts in support of MQ9 Reaper programs (unmanned aircraft). As a proposal manager for Raytheon Technologies, Cejka independently drafted, reviewed, and negotiated contracts including supply agreements, licensing agreements, purchase orders, services agreements, and NDA’s. 

Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. As an intern at United Technologies during law school, Cejka negotiated a variety of contracts through relining and drafting agreements.

Mr. Cejka was born in Hanover, PA but grew up in Sarasota, FL. His favorite pastime is watching football, more specifically his alma mater, Florida State University. When Jason was 10 years old he met football coach Bobby Bowden and since then he has been to or watched every FSU football game. He also has a 16-year-old dachshund named Jimmy.
