Heather Diener is a Paralegal with mctlaw in our Sarasota office. She works on the products liability team, representing people with defective hip and knee replacements, including metal-on-metal hip implants and Exactech recalls on hip replacement liners and knee replacement systems.
Before joining the Firm, she served and was Honorably Discharged from the U.S. Navy Reserves as an E5 – Storekeeper (Supply) Second Class Petty Officer. Additionally, Diener is Florida Registered Paralegal and a Notary Public in and for the State of Florida.
She earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Valencia College in Orlando, Florida. Heather is originally from Wisconsin and while she misses her cheese-head family up north, she enjoys Florida life with her daughter who’s also her best friend and their fur-baby cats. She also loves listening to music and sometimes even singing along!
