Brenton A. Elswick, Esq. practices out of the Firm’s Seattle, Washington office and represents clients across the country in complex vaccine injury litigation and other complex litigation.
Brent has a diverse litigation background with experience that includes various contract, tort, business law and intellectual property matters, including drug-patent litigation.
He practiced with the attorney team for a federal-court appointed Receiver tasked with unwinding a $190 million foreign currency arbitrage Ponzi scheme. There, Brent worked tirelessly to recover stolen funds for nearly 1,000 defrauded investors, seizing and liquidating assets, litigating claims against banks and broker-dealers, and negotiating the return of funds from domestic and foreign sources.
Brent has also represented plaintiffs in Title VII, Civil Rights Act, and Minnesota Human Rights Act claims through the Minnesota District Court Pro Se Project.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Brent was a Research Assistant at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy in Washington, D.C.
Hailing from the Midwest, he has lived on both coasts and he loves the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Brent currently resides in the Seattle area with his family.
