SARASOTA, FL — (September 24, 2021) – mctlaw is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Cejka to the Firm’s Sarasota, FL office.
Jason Cejka’s background in Government Contract Litigation comes from time spent as in-house counsel and business advisor for a number of government and military contractors. At Lockheed Martin, Cejka worked as Contracts Manager for Missiles and Fire Control. His responsibilities included the formation, negotiation, administration, and termination of contracts in support of MQ9 Reaper programs (unmanned aircraft). As a proposal manager for Raytheon Technologies, Cejka independently drafted, reviewed, and negotiated contracts including supply agreements, licensing agreements, purchase orders, services agreements, and NDA’s. Mr. Cejka will focus on Business and Government Contract Litigation at mctlaw.
