Dupixent Lawsuits for T-Cell Lymphoma Cancers

mctlaw is investigating legal claims for people who developed a rare skin cancer after using the drug Dupixent. This specific cancer is called cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Our lawyers are looking into whether the makers of the drug, Sanofi and Regeneron, failed to warn patients and doctors about this risk.

What is Dupixent?

Dupixent is a common injection used to treat long-term health issues like eczema, asthma, and nasal polyps. It works by calming down parts of the immune system that cause swelling and itching. However, new research and thousands of reports to the FDA suggest a possible link between the drug and skin cancer.

FDA Adds Dupixent to Serious Risk List

In March 2025, the FDA officially added Dupixent to its list of drugs with “Potential Signals of Serious Risk”. This happened because the government noticed a high number of reports involving T-cell lymphoma in patients taking the drug.

The FDA tracks problems reported by patients and doctors. When they looked at the data for Dupixent, they found concerning numbers:

  • As of May 2025, there were over 181,000 reports of health problems related to Dupixent.
  • The number of reports for this specific skin cancer (CTCL) was about 30 times higher for people using Dupixent than for people using other drugs.
  • Many people were diagnosed with skin cancer less than a year after they started taking Dupixent.
  • The reports show that Dupixent users are getting this cancer at a much younger age than usual.
  • Because of these high numbers, the FDA is now doing a formal review to see if the drug’s warning label needs to be changed.

The Danger of Dupixent “Masking” Cancer

Experts believe the drug might “mask” or hide the cancer. Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma often starts out looking like a red, itchy rash, much like severe eczema.

  • Because Dupixent is very good at clearing up rashes, it can make the skin look healthy on the outside.
  • This can lead doctors to believe the patient is getting better, even while the cancer grows hidden underneath.
  • This “masking” can cause a dangerous delay in getting the right treatment for cancer.
  • Other reports suggest the drug might actually make the cancer grow faster than it normally would.

As an experienced leader in these types of lawsuits, we were confident the firm would have the expertise. However, what surprised us most was the high level of excellent customer service from the firm’s staff!

I can’t recommend this firm enough. They have an outstanding team that truly care for their clients…I have been awarded a fair six figure settlement.

When I say “they went to bat” for me…this Law Firm literally did just that. They persevered to bring the hard-nosed Manufacturer to settle and provide me some recompense for everything I had to endure which led to this suit.
