Bio

Neha Kanagarla is an attorney at mctlaw, where she focuses on vaccine injury claims under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, also known as the VICP. She helps clients understand the federal vaccine injury claim process and supports the firm’s work to provide clear, accessible information to people who have suffered a vaccine-related injury.

Before joining mctlaw, Neha had already worked on vaccine injury matters involving the VICP. Her experience includes legal research, case strategy and development, client communication, and analyzing medical and legal issues that arise in vaccine injury claims. This work gave her a strong foundation in the federal vaccine compensation process and the challenges clients face when seeking compensation for adverse vaccine reactions.

Neha also brings experience in health law and litigation. Through her work with the GW Health Rights Law Clinic, she assisted clients with legal matters developed legal analysis, participated in client advocacy, and case preparation. She also served as an in-house litigation law clerk.

Neha earned her law degree from The George Washington University Law School. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Technology from George Mason University, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Outside of work, Neha enjoys playing tennis, traveling, rock climbing, and watching movies.
