Kimberly Sloan
Kimberly Sloan is an attorney in mctlaw’s vaccine injury practice. She brings nearly two decades of public defense experience to her work helping clients navigate complex medical and legal issues in vaccine injury claims.

Before joining mctlaw, Ms. Sloan spent nearly two decades as a public defender in both Washington State and Florida. In those roles, she managed high-volume caseloads involving serious and complex legal matters, including felony trials and expert-driven litigation. Her experience includes extensive motion practice, evidentiary research, witness preparation, and trial advocacy, all of which inform her current work representing individuals pursuing vaccine injury claims.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has been actively involved in professional organizations and community leadership. She served as a guest lecturer on public defense issues at Olympic College. She served as President of the Monroe County Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and as President of the Florida Keys Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.
Ms. Sloan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of Florida.
Outside of her legal work, Ms. Sloan enjoys exploring all the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer and tries to hike and camp as often as she can. She has a strong interest in history and enjoys learning about different cultures and places.
