Tammie Adeyanju

Tammie Adeyanju (pronounced “Tommy”) is the Vaccine Department Managing Paralegal at mctlaw, where she plays a key leadership role in the firm’s representation of people pursuing claims through the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). She has been with mctlaw for nine years, giving her extensive knowledge of the firm’s vaccine injury practice, its clients, and the standards required to successfully manage these complex claims.

With more than a decade of paralegal experience, Mrs. Adeyanju helps oversee the day-to-day work of the firm’s vaccine injury paralegal team. She is responsible for training paralegals, developing strong and consistent work practices, and holding staff accountable to the high standards mctlaw expects when representing clients with vaccine injury claims.

Her role extends beyond individual case support. Mrs. Adeyanju works closely with attorneys and paralegals to oversee internal processes throughout the Vaccine Injury Department, identifying ways to improve efficiency while maintaining the accuracy and attention to detail required in VICP cases. She helps ensure that cases move forward properly, that important responsibilities are completed on time, and that clients receive the level of service expected from the firm.

Mrs. Adeyanju has worked as a paralegal since 2011 and brings years of experience managing the detailed legal work involved in complex claims and litigation. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University, where she double majored in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She also earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Richmond.

Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Mrs. Adeyanju moved to the United States at age nine and is fluent in Yoruba. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, sewing, and dancing.
