Gladis Hernandez is a Vaccine Paralegal in mctlaw’s Seattle office. She supports the firm’s vaccine attorneys and assists with claims filed through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
Before joining mctlaw, Gladis worked as an immigration paralegal, where she gained experience assisting clients, preparing legal documents, managing case information, and helping individuals navigate complex legal processes. Her background has strengthened her organization, communication, and client-service skills.
Gladis graduated from Green River College in 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, traveling, and making time for self-care.
