Robert H. Weber III

Robert H. Weber III is an attorney in mctlaw’s Washington, D.C., office, where his practice focuses on vaccine injury claims. He brings more than two decades of legal experience spanning civil litigation, corporate counsel, and executive leadership.

Robert began his career in litigation, handling matters involving personal injury, product liability, aviation, and insurance coverage, including hurricane-related property claims. His experience also includes ethics/bar defense at the trial level, and he has represented clients in both state and federal court.

Before joining mctlaw, Robert served for approximately eight years as General Counsel and Global Director of Legal Affairs for Hayman-Woodward, a multinational immigration law and global mobility organization. As its sole in-house legal officer, he built and led the legal function, advised executive leadership, and directed litigation strategy and outside counsel. His responsibilities encompassed corporate governance, employment matters, internal investigations, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and international operations.

Robert brings that combination of courtroom experience and organizational leadership to his work on behalf of injured clients.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Communications from East Carolina University. He is also an Eagle Scout.

Outside the office, Robert is an avid sports fan, especially football, baseball, and soccer, and enjoys live music, fitness, travel, food, tv/film, and all things outdoors.
