Nolan M. Deming is a product liability attorney in mctlaw’s Sarasota office. Before joining mctlaw, Nolan served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 20th Judicial Circuit. He managed a high-volume caseload in both County and Circuit Court, handling more than 150 felony cases and prosecuting numerous jury trials. His experience spans all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, investigation, motion practice, and trial advocacy. He regularly worked with law enforcement, expert witnesses, and victims to develop and present cases in court.
This extensive courtroom experience gives Nolan a strong foundation in litigation strategy and case development. He brings a disciplined, trial-focused approach to product liability cases, which often involve complex evidence against well-resourced defense teams. He is focused on preparing each case for litigation and positioning it for the best possible outcome.
Nolan earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law, where he graduated with honors and received CALI Awards in Evidence and Technology Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from American University, where he was a University Presidential Scholar.
In his free time, Nolan enjoys kayaking, film studies, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
