Megan Jerz

Megan Jerz is a Vaccine Injury Paralegal at mctlaw‘s Washington, D.C. office. Her experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting, combined with her legal training, provides a strong foundation for supporting individuals and families affected by vaccine-related injuries.

Before joining mctlaw, Megan worked in physical therapy, where she developed an understanding of medical terminology, patient care, and the challenges individuals face when seeking treatment. This experience strengthened her communication and organizational skills while reinforcing the importance of compassionate, attentive care. Megan also has experience in criminal defense legal work and related court proceedings.

Megan graduated from George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. She served as vice president of a student organization that promoted charitable giving, further developing her leadership and communication skills.

At mctlaw, Megan draws on her healthcare experience and academic background to approach each client with empathy, patience, and understanding. She recognizes that navigating a vaccine injury claim can be overwhelming for clients and their families. Her goal is to make the process easier by building trust, communicating clearly, and helping clients feel heard and supported throughout their cases.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, cooking, and traveling. She especially loves exploring new places and experiencing different cultures.
