Paul L. Baccari, is a graduate of Harvard College (1974) and Suffolk University Law School (1978). He joined the Firm in 1981 and became a partner in 1988. Mr. Baccari concentrates in real estate acquisitions, leasing, secured and unsecured credit facilities and general corporate matters. Mr. Baccari represents real estate developers based in Massachusetts in acquisition, financing and leasing of office, retail, warehouse and industrial properties throughout New England, as well as a national brand franchise purchasing cooperative with regard to real estate and general contract matters. Mr. Baccari represents national and regional chain restaurants in connection with commercial leases in shopping centers, strip malls and dedicated buildings. Mr. Baccari has represented an investor group which has acquired hotels in major cities throughout the United States including preparation of acquisition and financing documents, due diligence matters such as research and analysis of title, environmental, survey, zoning matters and closings. Mr. Baccari represents several Boston and Boston area lenders regarding secured and unsecured credit facilities, construction and development loans, asset-based loans and credit agreements involving committed and discretionary funding as well as workouts.Paul L.
