She received her B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University in 1986 and her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1994.

Areas of Practice
Ms. Granger practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment law and U.S. employment-based immigration law.

Experience
Prior to pursuing a career in law, Ms. Granger enjoyed a fifteen-year career in human resources, holding staff and management positions in high-tech, manufacturing and academic settings. Currently, Ms. Granger advises management clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, as well as providing client representation before state and federal agencies and in Massachusetts and federal courts.

Speaking and Publications
Ms. Granger is a frequent speaker for the Council on Education in Management on all matters of employment law and human resources practice, is co-author of Pregnancy Discrimination: A Defense Perspective in MCLE's Massachusetts Employment Law Manual, as well as a member of the Labor and Employment section of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
