Mark M. Madden
Mark M. Madden is a partner at Masterman, Culbert & Tully LLP, a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court.

Mr. Madden received a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 1980 and a J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1993 where he was the Book Review Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review.

Experience
Prior to joining Masterman, Culbert & Tully LLP, Mr. Madden worked for five years as a mechanical engineer in the manufacturing industry and spent eight years working as a marine engineer in the merchant marine industry. He joined Masterman, Culbert & Tully LLP in 1993 and works primarily in the practice of commercial real estate, finance and general corporate matters. Mr. Madden has represented institutional lenders, non-profit organizations, and commercial developers in the acquisition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. His work involves the negotiation and preparation of acquisition and finance documents, leasing, due diligence matters such as the review and analysis of title, survey, zoning and environmental matters.

Representative Matters
Represented national warehouse developer in the acquisition, financing and leasing of more than 2.2 million s.f. of building space in locations located throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, Indiana, and Ohio.

Represented national developer in the negotiation and sale of industrial and office buildings consisting of more than 700,000 s.f. of space in throughout Massachusetts and Ohio.

Closed permanent financing loans totaling more than $500 million for Low Income Tax Credit Housing Projects located in 26 states throughout the country as lead counsel for national insurance lender.

Closed construction financing totaling $10,500,000 for condominium redevelopment project as counsel for national real estate lender.
