William S. Bonaccorso

William S. Bonaccorso, a partner at Masterman, Culbert & Tully, LLP, was admitted as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1985.

Mr. Bonaccorso received his B.A. degree from Stonehill College (1982) and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School (1985).

Areas of Practice

Mr. Bonaccorso has broad experience in real estate including acquisition, conveyancing, financing, development, and leasing. He has represented national corporations and developers in the acquisition and disposition of properties throughout New England and has been involved in the development of condominium projects from acquisition and financing to unit sales. Mr. Bonaccorso also has expertise in the analysis and resolution of complex title and survey issues and was the former regional counsel for a national title insurance company. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer for professional associations and trade groups.
