Mr. Haas practices in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate law. He works with various business entities to resolve their formational, governance, and financing needs. He also focuses on the acquisition, conveyance, and leasing of commercial properties. During law school, Mr. Haas worked in Mumbai where he primarily negotiated foreign investment and technology licensing agreements for a national Indian law firm.
