Mary E. O’Neal, a partner at Masterman, Culbert & Tully LLP, was admitted as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1981.Ms. O’Neal received her B.A., cum laude, from Boston College (1977) and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School (1981). She joined the firm in 1985.
Areas of Practice
Ms. O'Neal practices in the area of employment law and employment litigation, representing management clients. She has extensive administrative and litigation experience defending employers in all aspects of employment-related matters, including discrimination and unlawful termination claims. She has advised clients in the preparation of employment and personnel policies, employment agreements, and benefit plans and conducts training for management and human resources personnel. Ms. O'Neal has written and lectured extensively on a variety of employment subjects and is the author of "The Law At Work", published in Cape Business Magazine and Plymouth County Magazine.
