Mark M. Madden

Mark M. Madden, a partner at Masterman, Culbert & Tully LLP, was admitted as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1993.

Mr. Madden received a B.S Degree from Massachusetts Maritime Academy (1980) and his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School (1993). He joined the firm in 1993.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Madden specializes in commercial real estate and finance. He represents lenders, commercial developers, and non-profit organizations in all aspects of development, including the acquisition, finance, sale, and leasing of real estate. Mr. Madden represents a national developer in the acquisition and finance of warehouse buildings located throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, Indiana, and Ohio. His expertise extends to syndicated, industrial, and construction financing and—as counsel for a national insurance lender—he has closed permanent loans for tax credit housing projects in 26 states.
