Lynn E. O'Brien

Lynn E. O'Brien, an associate at Masterman, Culbert & Tully LLP, was admitted as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1990.

Ms. O'Brien received her B.A. from Union College (1985) and her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School (1990). She was an associate from 1995 to 1999, re-joining the firm in 2007.

Areas of Practice

Ms. O’Brien focuses her practice on estate and tax planning. Her expertise includes negotiating and drafting individual and family estate plans, trusts, and complex succession and tax planning, including the administration and probating of estate assets and related issues. Ms. O’Brien’s expertise in tax and succession planning provides a unique contribution to the Corporate and Real Estate Practice Areas of the firm.
